I am currently completing my Master of Counselling Psychology at City University of Seattle and have experience supporting individuals and families through community counselling and social service settings.
My experience has included supporting clients navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship and family conflict, grief and loss, life transitions, interpersonal difficulties, stress, and challenges connected to family systems and community supports.
I've always valued meaningful conversations and genuine human connection, which is a big part of what drew me toward counselling work. I believe therapy should be a space where people feel heard, respected, and safe enough to explore what they're carrying at their own pace.
My work is grounded in trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and strengths-based approaches. I work collaboratively with clients to better understand emotional patterns, improve communication, build coping strategies, and create meaningful change in ways that feel realistic and manageable.
If you've been carrying things on your own and want a warm, supportive space to be understood — I'd be honoured to meet you.
