At Wellness Talks Health Centre, we aim to make counselling accessible and transparent.

 

Currently, WellnessTalks offers direct billing exclusively to ICBC for approved claims related to motor vehicle accidents.

For all other clients, counselling services are covered under most extended health benefit plans in British Columbia.

Clinical counselling provided by a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) is commonly accepted by:

• Green Shield

• Desjardins

• ClaimSecure

• Empire Life

• GroupHEALTH / GroupSource

• Equitable Life

If your plan covers RCC services, simply submit your receipt from Wellness Talks to your provider for reimbursement.

We’re also pleased to share that beginning in 2026, WellnessTalks will introduce direct billing to select insurance providers, offering even greater convenience for our clients — stay tuned for updates.
