Honouring the Motherhood Transition — Mother's Day Workshop for New Moms

Golden Care Wellness, Yaletown — 1080 Mainland St, Vancouver

A supportive Mother's Day workshop for new moms in postpartum and moms with young children. Includes a small-group therapy discussion, Traditional Chinese Medicine support, snacks, a self-care tote bag, and connection with other new moms. Limited to 10 participants.
