Wellness Talks Health Centre is a Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) direct billing counselling clinic. We provide trauma-informed, culturally sensitive counselling for veterans, RCMP members, and their families navigating PTSD, operational stress injuries, transition to civilian life, and the impact of service on relationships and identity.

Sex therapy is talk therapy in a safe, non-judgmental, LGBTQIA2S+ affirming space. We support individuals, couples, and people in non-traditional relationship structures navigating desire, intimacy, sexual anxiety, sexual trauma, communication, identity, and the impact of culture and family on sex and relationships.

Wellness Talks Health Centre is an ICBC-approved provider. Eligible clients receive up to 12 complimentary counselling sessions after a motor vehicle accident — with no out-of-pocket cost.
