Background

I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals through trauma, addiction, identity exploration, and emotional and relational challenges. I offer in-person sessions in Vancouver and virtual counselling across British Columbia. I also provide counselling in Cantonese.
 

My work is grounded in trauma-informed care, EMDR, and cultural humility. I create a calm, grounded, and non-judgmental space where clients can safely process difficult experiences and reconnect with their resilience. At Wellness Talks, I collaborate closely with clients to develop thoughtful treatment plans and set clear short and long-term goals together, so therapy feels structured, intentional, and aligned with what matters most to you.
