ADHD SUPPORT & EXECUTIVE FUNCTIONING

SERVICES

How Wellness Talks Can Help

Living with ADHD can feel like a constant juggling act while managing focus, time, emotions, and daily responsibilities. Whether you have recently been diagnosed or have long suspected you experience ADHD traits, our counsellors are here to help you build clarity, confidence, and structure in your day-to-day life.

At Wellness Talks Health Centre, we offer specialized support for adults, teens, and parents navigating ADHD. Our approach blends evidence-based strategies with compassionate guidance to help you strengthen executive functioning skills, the tools your brain uses to plan, organize, regulate emotions, and follow through on goals.

What We Focus On

Through personalized therapy and practical coaching, we help you:
• Understand your unique ADHD profile and how it shows up in work, school, and relationships
• Develop systems for time management, organization, and emotional regulation
• Build executive functioning skills such as task initiation, working memory, and self-monitoring
• Explore the impact of ADHD on self-esteem, motivation, and interpersonal dynamics
• Learn strategies to reduce overwhelm and increase follow-through
• Identify lifestyle factors including sleep, nutrition, movement, and mindfulness that support cognitive health

Our counsellors use modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-Based Strategies to promote self-understanding and real-world change. Sessions may also include skills-based planning tools tailored to your routines, environment, and goals.

Why It Works

When ADHD is supported with structure, empathy, and consistency, clients often find they are not lazy or disorganized. They simply need systems that fit the way their brain works. Our work together helps you replace self-criticism with self-awareness and build a life that feels more manageable and meaningful.
