Background

I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor with over 10 years of experience in psychology and relational communication, supporting individuals, couples, and families through anxiety, relationship strain, and major life transitions. I offer in-person sessions in Vancouver and virtual counselling across British Columbia.

My work is grounded in attachment science and emotional safety. I create a steady, compassionate space where we slow down, explore patterns beneath the surface, and make sense of what feels stuck or overwhelming. At Wellness Talks, I collaborate closely with clients to develop thoughtful treatment plans and set meaningful short and long-term goals together, so therapy feels purposeful and aligned with your values.

I Support Clients Navigating...

• Relationship conflict and communication breakdown

• Rebuilding trust, intimacy, and emotional connection

• Anxiety and emotional overwhelm

• Attachment wounds and family-of-origin patterns

• Fertility journeys, pregnancy-related stress, & postpartum adjustment

• Parenthood transitions and identity shifts

• Grief, loss, and navigating life changes

• Parent–child conflict and family stress

• Emotional adjustment after motor vehicle accidents

My Areas of Specialty Include...

• Attachment-based couples therapy focused on emotional safety & repair

• Perinatal and maternal mental health

• Fertility, adoption, and family planning support

• Relational trauma and childhood emotional wounds

• Family systems and intergenerational patterns

Therapeutic Modalities

My approach is relational, reflective, and emotionally attuned. I integrate:

• Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT & EFIT)

• Gottman Method Couples Therapy
