Honouring the Motherhood Transition – Mother’s Day Workshop for New Moms in Vancouver
Join Wellness Talks Health Centre and Golden Care Wellness for a supportive Mother’s Day workshop for new moms in postpartum and moms with young children. This intimate, in-person event offers emotional support, gentle therapeutic guidance, and community connection for mothers navigating the transition into motherhood.

This RCC-led postpartum group in Vancouver includes:
• Small, supportive group therapy discussion
• Gentle Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) support
• Snacks and beverages
• Self-care tote bag
• Connection with other new moms
This workshop is ideal for new mothers seeking postpartum mental health support or moms with young children, community, and a safe space to explore the emotional transition into motherhood.
