WE DIRECT BILL TO MOST INSURERS

Background

I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Clinical Director of Wellness Talks Health Centre, with over 8 years of clinical experience and 16+ years in the behavioral sciences. I support individuals and couples navigating anxiety, chronic pain, relationship strain, cultural identity, and the pressures of high-performance living. I offer in-person sessions in Vancouver and virtual counselling across British Columbia.

My work is grounded in attachment science, trauma-informed practice, and cultural awareness. I create a space that is warm, direct, and strategically focused — where we move beyond surface-level insight and work toward meaningful, measurable change. At Wellness Talks, I collaborate closely with clients to develop thoughtful treatment plans and set clear short and long-term goals together, so therapy feels structured, purposeful, and aligned with your values.
