Background

I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor supporting individuals, teens, and youth who are navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, burnout, people-pleasing, and self-criticism. I offer virtual counselling across British Columbia and in-person sessions in Vancouver.

My goal is to create a calm, grounded, and non-judgmental space for clients who may feel hesitant, stuck, or unsure about starting therapy. At Wellness Talks, I work collaboratively with clients to develop a clear treatment plan and set meaningful short and long-term goals together, so therapy feels supportive, structured, and aligned with your personal growth.

Many of the people I work with appear high-functioning on the outside but feel exhausted or disconnected internally. Together, we slow things down, build insight into emotional patterns, and develop tools that strengthen confidence, boundaries, and emotional regulation.

I Support Clients Navigating...

• Anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm

• Burnout and workplace-related pressure

• People-pleasing and difficulty setting boundaries

• Self-criticism, perfectionism, and low self-worth

• Overthinking and emotional regulation challenges

• Identity exploration and life transitions

• Teen and youth emotional well-being

• Relationship and communication challenges

• Grief, loss, and adjustment to change

• Eating Disorder Support through Narrative Lens

My Areas of Specialty Include...

• Teen and youth counselling (ages 12–18)

• Anxiety management and emotional regulation

• Burnout, stress, and achievement-based self-worth

• Boundary development and assertiveness skills

• Self-esteem and identity exploration

• Mindfulness-based and compassion-focused therapy

• Person-centred and parts-informed approaches

Therapeutic Modalities

• Person-Centred Therapy

• Mindfulness-Based Approaches

• Parts-Informed and Insight-Oriented Work

• Narrative Therapy

• Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

• Gottman Method Level 1 (for relational insight)

Therapy with me is steady and practical. Together, we identify emotional patterns, build coping strategies, and develop both short-term tools and long-term goals that support sustainable confidence and emotional balance.
